Suggest you start looking at body fats - a good exercise is to weight yourself, measure your bf%, and then based on this calc the amount in weight of body fat v's lean weight. Suggest maybe taking your eye's off the "weight" number for a few weeks. Instead keep an eye on the body fat % - it'll give you a much more accurate read on your progress. You can pick up a set of body analyser scales fairly cheap these days. Enjoy the exercise, watch the body weight % steadily fall, and the "weight"…
