Hi I'm Shane from Oulton Broad. I was using a similar app on my iPhone but has since been told about MFP :wink: This is my second week on MFP, lost 1.75lb since last weigh in. Started off at 107.1kgs, now down to 102.6kgs in approximately 3 or so weeks :smile: Plan on getting back to the gym once the Outage finishes here…
