I Fast 2 days a week and eat up to 50 calories on those fasting days. I live on either Itsu detox noodle soup or miso soup, sugar free jelly (practically caloris free) and low fat salty popcorn. all other days i try and be good but don't really deny myself anything and take up to 1200 calories.
