  • I am going to add you. I am 44, 2 grown girls, and a grandson. I am trying to drop 38 lbs. Dropped about 9 so far. :-)

  • Good job! I didn't lose this past week. Matter of fact, I gained 2/10 of a lb. But my measurements are a little smaller, so I was happy with that. I don't CARE what my actual weight is, as long as I get SMALLER. :-)
  • I cook enough meats for a few days, then I just weigh it, put it in my container and add some grape tomatoes, cucumbers or canned veggies to take to work. Some days I fry or boil and egg to eat too. But no, I don't cook every day.
  • I have always heard that getting more sleep helps. I don't always get enough, but sometimes there is not much we can do about it, LOL!

  • Thank you. I feel the same way. I noticed it before that if I am "bad" sometimes, it boosts my weight loss the next week. I just wanted to see if it was true for others. :-)
  • I am fairly new here and the only person I have actually added was my daughter. It's B.S. if you only add "hot" people. If I choose to add someone, it will NOT be based on looks. People should open their eyes and see how nice a person is, not what they look like.

  • You could possibly have added a little muscle and retained some water, but if that's not the case, you might need to go and get bloodwork done to make sure everything is ok. But I think if you just give it another week or so, you might be happily surprised. :wink:
