I can relate! I work at a desk all day long! I hit the gym at 5:00 am and walk on my lunch breaks to make up for the sedentary desk job :P

21 lbs lost and I'm still having this problem! I think it must have to do with perception of the "new normal"!

67 days alcohol free and I've lost around 18 lbs! Once I got through the first month it was easy to keep it out of my routine B)

My membership is at Planet Fitness and the Hydromassage beds are great! I'm sure traditional massage would be better as there are muscles the water-pressure can quite reach.

lorrpb, thanks! Yes I continue to be pretty strict and stay around the 1200 intake mark, but I didn't want to be that person on Thanksgiving (nothing wrong with being healthy of course!).

After pregnancy I hit my all time highest weight of 220, I've lost 45 lbs and I've noticed a serious slow down with these last 20 lbs!

I agree, I've read the same thing. In the food diary there is sometimes a rinsed can of beans option.

I am 38 weeks and started my pregnancy at 220 lbs., I've lost five lbs. these nine months :)

I just set my weight loss settings to maintain my weight until our son is born, then 150 here I come!! :) btw only 11 days until my due date!!!

I'm nearly finished with my pregnancy and we're getting ready to have our son any day now! I plan on bf to help with weight loss, but as mfp settings are now, it saying I should be consuming 1,200 cals per day to lose by my goal date, seems really low.

I'm 38w3d pregnant today!! started my pregnancy at 220 lbs and have pretty much maintained my weight, now weighing 215 lbs.
