The first 20 miles. The last 10k.

Get rid of some of the stuff with carbs. Cut the rice cakes out of the salad or just have the stuff inside the tortilla wrap without the tortilla.
-
Great time for that half. Enjoy the full* marathon. *Half of a full marathon is actually 20 miles.

It's an unnecessary expense. It also doubles as a pyramid selling scam.
-
Some people don't need that many calories.
-
It takes time to get accustomed to running. It's all cycles of challenge, rest & recover. The rest part gets easier and easier the more you do this.

The original zero drop shoes. Quite a few other brands have zero drop shoes as well so don't stop with just one brand.

The first thing I would try would be to stretch your calf muscles several times a day. A lot of these issues are from calf muscles that are too tight. Other than that just make small easy progressive steps towards running. You'll get there. Don't give up.

Don't try to change your friends. Just accept them for who they are. They will change if they want to.

Just 20.2 more miles to go. You can do it!!!
-
If you're injured, rest and cross train if possible. Ain't nobody running 26.2 miles with a bad calf.

You're from Ireland?

BRB. Going to talk to a used car "coach" about his products.
-
They're not coaches. They're just trying to sell you stuff. I hate pushy sales people.

Obviously they're not adding coffee to their diet. I'm not upset with this advice at all. *sips coffee

I quit eating tofu and mushrooms. I've lost a good deal of weight since then.

Perhaps a medical professional that studied women's reproductive issues?

It takes time. You're not going to go out there and run 6 miles right away. Honestly it feels sucky off and on for a few months when you're starting out but if you stick with it you'll find that it slowly gets easier and easier. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1217573/so-you-want-to-start-running/p1 DOMS.…

I wouldn't call it a "better" way. It just depends on what your goals are. I prefer running outside but if I must use the treadmill I'll put it at an incline of 1.0 and turn the speed up to 6 mph. and an hour of that gives me a pretty good workout.(1,000+ calories) I can't make myself do the elliptical for an hour.

Have you tried counting calories?

Why would anyone take such a goofy statement seriously? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Web developers aren't real programmers.

Your muscles need more oxygen and energy to continue exercising. That requires more blood flow, which requires a faster heart rate. Perfectly normal.

Log it and fit into your calorie goal.

Approach them because they are looking at you?
