heheh its brand new! I got it 5 days ago when i weighted at 149 - haha Im scared to try another scale it may say 149 again ! LOL

hmm that makes sence but i was still in the range of 146-149 before my period. Plus i restricted my calories a bit but nothing major that would be like a flush or anything...and that fast!?? 9 lbs in 3 days sheesh! - mean im not complaining but stumped

Ok so my weight has been all bonkers... I did the slimfast thingy a while back went from 152 to 138 and managed to maintain on healthy eating and exercise until i went on vacation and blew it....since then i have been between 145-149....not bad but my goal is 129. well i did loose about 10 lbs since the summer - when i first cut down to 1200 - but other than that its been stuck at 140lb for mths and mths - im drinking a tonne of water and eating my balanced diet - eesh!!

I have cut down my calories to 1200 for quite sometime now - im going to say about 3 mths and just recently cut them down to 1100 - i do cardio and toning 3 times a week depending on my schedule - i have yet to loose 1lb - it is absolutely frustrating beyon control!! - can anyone give me any insight !! :(

Hey Guys, Ok i need some advice and suggestions... Im about 5'8'' and 140 lbs - i dont know if i can loose much weight as i have tried so hard in the past - my hips, thighs and stomach are awfully flabby though and need some advice on what exercises would be best for me - i dont have access to a gym any suggestions?
