Yeah I notice I have very little weight loss during TOM and when I ovulate, GO FIGURE! Honestly, I just won't weight myself during that time.

I was thinking of taking a class before purchasing or in lieu of the DVD just to go somewhere else and do other workouts .. I will check into that!!

I think you should do what you think is best, if adjusting your cal's to reflect a 1/2 lb weight loss per week works for you.. Do iT!:wink: As long as it keeps you here!! I usually use half and half w/ cinnamon, but I as well am looking for an alternative, because I like "milky" coffee :wink: But it's 80 cals of half and half.. That's equivalent to an apple or something!! I could be eating those cals. But I NEED my coffee so I just do it..
