Zumba is SOOOOOO MUCH FUN!!! I would encourage you to try a class in your area first if possible. Although I hear it is fun to do the DVD, I know that it is more fun in group... It is a PHENOMENAL workout!!

Are you eating enough calories.. You do a lot of exercise, are you eating back some/most of your cals? Perhaps you can do as suggested above, take your measurements. I find them to be very motivating! The scale will move in do time. Be patient with yourself. :flowerforyou:

Congrat's on finishing the semester!! Do you take multi-vitamins? If you don't perhaps you can look into taking one daily! In addition, maybe your body just needs a break. I believe anything is possible, and I am sure she could lose weight within the next 3 months even the 20lbs recommend by your Dr., but SHE has to want it!! I was thinking the same thing one day, as I look at my DVD shelf that is filled with TaeBo, & Slim in 6 DVD's! I recently borrowed workout DVD's from Netflix, and the good thing is you could keep them out as long as you want! Would not mind swapping...how would we do it??

Definitely a part of my routine!! I have a MFP window open on my computer at all times!! I log my food as I go, like someone else mentioned I cut back on FB and Twitter!!

You should look into the C25K Plan check out www.coolrunnings.com It's an amazing program.. I haven't completed it yet, I am on week 6 and I love it!! You can also Download podcasts that prompt you to run/walk! Hope this helps!!

I have a few friends that have severe acne and are currently on Accutane. But you can only get a prescription via a dermatologist, and it it VERY extreme, but apparently works.. Google it..
