Double posting, lol. Sorry.

W6 D2 done. Yay! Yesterday I got myself a new pair of trainers, lightweight (haha, ironical!!) designed for 'natural running'. Love, love, love!! It's like, I have feet again  Anyway. All good, even though I had a bad cold and sore throat in the past four days.

Throat ache and runny nose, that's as runny as I got this week since Tuesday when I completed W6 D1 run. Arrgh! Waiting to feel better before hitting the treadmill again.

W5 D3 done!! YAY!!! When the friendly lady said, "Two more minutes to go" I wanted to scream that I could not take it anymore... :noway: But hey, apparently I am proven wrong, because I did it!! I wish I could do something more to celebrate, it feels really like a small victory for me

W5 D2 done. I struggled a bit, but not in a bad way, kind of challenging good rather than omg I will never make it. Once again, a boring 'so far, so good'.

Tuesday I completed W5 D1, tomorrow W5 D2. So far so good. Actually accelerated on last minute of run on W5 D1. Really cool.
-
W4 D3 done and dusted... Not feeling great before the run, and I had 3 days off after the last training session. Anyway, all good, some joint pains and some weakness. I hope week 5 will do me well, quite anxious. Not sure I can make it.

About to go to W4 D1 today, quite nervous and excited...
-
W3 D3 done here too... I feel good about it and tried to push a bit harder by keeping on the second half of the training session to a 9kmph on the running bits. After it, nice sauna and steam room, now dinner. I have put 2lbs back on and kind of panicking. I think I should know it is muscles and I have to keep eating…

Yesterday I did W3 D2 and enjoyed it!! Yay!! Today and tomorrow rest, Friday next training...

W3 D1 done!! Quite an adventure, though... At the gym the treadmills are normally set for mph, but for some reason today they were on kmph and I didn't realize until I had finished the entire training. It was kind of strange, and I swear I though I had super powers cos it felt SO easy I was not even sweating lol When I…

W2D3 done and dusted yesterday! Currently doing 4mph walk - 6mph run... Tomorrow W3 D1, if it gets too much I will slow down on the run bit to 5mph...

Good luck, kiekie! Hope it will go well. Day of rest for me, but tempted to go this evening instead of tomorrow at the crack of dawn, lol... And resisting!!

"I was a self-taught race walker before having kids and had read that the difference in walking and running is that you have one foot on the ground when you walk. You can walk faster than a slow run (and I proved that in a few 5ks). When I started C25k, my goal was to run as slowly as I was walking the intervals to…

W2 D2 done, so far so good... today and tomorrow nothing, Friday back to the treadmill!! Really inspirational to see you all being able to progress so far into the program. Thank you!

Thank you for the encouragement! I have done my second training of week two and it all went well, same pace... today and tomorrow rest. I must admit I feel quite anxious about being able to progress to week 3 and 4, but I suppose I can take it one step at a time? Did you manage to complete the full program already? What…
