Sept 23 - 1/100 Two 30 minute bike sessions.

I was not given restrictions. Cortisone injection was given. The only other option is to scrape them out. If the cortisone continue to work then no need at this point. Running is out of question. I have an elliptical and my husband bought a trainer so I can use my outdoor bike, indoors. It's a great thing ;) happy Wednesday

Yesterday discovered I have bone spurs under my knee cap. Received cortisone shots ;(I will most likely be breaking my "hour" into 2-3 sessions per day. Today I managed 60 mins on the bike. Hopefully tomorrow will be just as good.

being short is not easy. seems all clothing manufacturers think the wider you are the taller you are also, NOT true.. i wear an 18 and you would think I was 6 foot tall, hehe, oh well

I record everything. I try not to "taste test" while cooking. I grab one of the kids or my hubby. If they are not available and I have to take a bite, I record that too..

Since I accumulate my sugars through whole foods, I dont pay much mind to the sugar count. I do not go over 1 cup of fruit per day. That is the limit I set for Myself. I banana puts me just under the limit on MFP. I consulted with my dr as well. Since we are all different it wouldnt hurt for you to consult with yours.

I use mine as an overview of my daily exercise. as for the calorie adjustments, it makes me confused so I dont pay mind to the changes it makes. I make sure I hit my calorie goal as well as I can. If i was a hard core exerciser then I would adjust my calorie intake per my work outs.

Yup, I cancelled my monthly membership with WW yesterday and changed it to an online membership. I like using the activelink, so I could not cancel 100%. Here I am on MFP. I have also downloaded the Runtastic app which works with MFP. On Monday my husband and I joined a town boardwalk challenge, Sponsored by Horizon BCBS.…
