  • I use it in Stir fry and other like dishes instead of Rice/Noodles. Chicken breast, cook it and then add in some sliced onions until browned. add in 2 tbl spoons of Soy sauce, 2 tbl spoon of peanut butter + 1/4 cup of water + a lot of hot sauce. cook a bit longer, add as much cabbage as you want then cook for a few more…
  • Beef jerky! Just make sure you get a brand that's low in sugar/carbs (Big John's comes to mind)
