The problem I spotted with MFP is that it adds both fructose and glucose under the same heading of "sugar"...it's the glucose that needs to be cut down. I know I need some sugar, but MFP is only allowing me 24g of "sugar a day"...well a banana has 21g...but I would count the sugar in bananas as good sugar. I don't eat…

Yeah, I have been eating the muller corner greek yogurts. I didn't think of my sugar in take until I was reading about it being the key factor to fat burning. I eat fruit and veg every day. I just dunno what to cut out. I've stopped eating the yogurt as of today.

I admit, I am worried about this too. I really don't want that horrid pouch of skin....thats almost worse than the fat filling it. I'm in the first week and had a bad day on Wednesday. Never doing that again! I have felt so guilty ever since :-(....I agree that you should eat the foods you enjoy, but perhaps go for the light mayo or the diet coke etc. So long as you burn an excess off, it really isn't that big a deal. Thanks for that thread link btw! Very helpful. I went and worked out my bmr and it says for my weight I can eat 1759 cals per day. Starvation only starts if you eat less than 50% of that allowance. So, as long as I am eating over 895 cals a day, I should be ok. I'm happy now :)
