  • I started T25 last week. I am loving it! Lost 5lb and 5.25" overall in the first week. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like
  • Thank you for your answers. I eat a wide range of things usually, though been sick the last 2 weeks so been off plan as just not had the energy to care. I hit my other macro goals it's just the protein, but don't want to do the wrong thing and replace a meal with a shake if that's not what they are designed for. Don't…
  • Feel free to add me too, I've only been on it since may and still learning x

  • I don't worry about fat intake. My macros are set to make site I get enough carbs and protein, I'm not fussed about going over on fat. I have to be careful not to go too low on carbs as I am breastfeeding so need to aim for 75-100g carbs a day. I also used mark sissons formula for protein intake. The rest of my calories is…
  • No, not started taking anything yet
  • Thank you for the replies it does help, I try to keep to 1400-1800 cals a day, and keeping an eye on my sons weight gain etc. he is 6.5 months and been weaning since 5 months so his milk intake isn't as high. I'm not using a huge amount of almonds (the mcmuffin was 2 eggs as the "muffin" and homemade sausage burger). No…
  • Hi I cut dairy for the first week and then added a bit back in but only milk to my 1 tea a day and maybe 10g of cheese if I fancy it. I have started cooking with coconut oil and using coconut milk, but have been doing that from the start of the change. I've oy had the 1 tbsp rice yesterday but the issue started last…
  • Oh also congratulations on your weight loss :-) I use almond/coconut oil and butter to cook with and occasionally olive oil x
  • Thank you for the advice :-) I'm taking an omega 3 supplement and multi vitamin with added iron. I'm not sure what else to take? I'm terrible with thinking of meal ideas and my husband is getting bored x
  • I'm in :-) thank you for responding. My habits are so bad and I am so unfit! Need to do something about it x
  • You look fantastic! Wish I looked like that. I'd be happy just to drop down to a size 12 again lol
  • Hey :-) I live in Hampshire currently, so not too far away from London! I have a lot of weight to lose, and have only just started in the last month, lost 5lb so far. I'm 25, engaged (2 years to get to goal weight and size before my wedding!) and had our first baby girl in October last year. She is my life and the reason I…
  • A Photo Shoot :-) Maybe even a sexy one for my fiancee
  • I tried it out for one day and was so sore the next day lol. She really kicks your butt. Not gone back on it yet as I need to see a doctor about my back. Sit ups bruise my lower back for some reason, so gotta find an alternative...
  • I've taken people's advice and upped my calories. I shall see how I get on with that. I am also going to buy bottles of water so it is sat in front of me so I remember to drink more. I will add salad to every lunch and lots of veggies to my dinners. Hopefully I'll see some changes soon. Clothes still fit the same though.
  • Thanks all. I know I should give myself a break, but when I have been obeses for the past 9 years it really upsets me that I can't lose it now that I want to. You are right, I have a gorgeous baby girl who is the most perfect little angel. She has been sleeping through the night now since New Years Eve. She goes 10 til 7,…
  • I want to be fit enough to chase after my 12 week old daughter once she starts walking. I want to show my sister that she isn't the only skinny one in the family. I want to feel sexy and have my partner say wow she's mine. To not feel embarrassed going out for a meal or shopping.
  • Thank you! Last time I spent a lot of time in the gym, swimming and doing exercises on my kinect. I stuck to my 1200 calories and drank lots of water. I did have quite a high salt dinner last night (was at my partners parents and she made carbonara :/). I weighed myself this morning before breakfast and after going to the…
  • I wish. Unfortunately, due to some issues, I could never breast feed. So I was expressing for her. But my hv advised me to stop as it was causing me a lot of stress and I was getting depressed. We later found out she is lactose intollerant too.
  • Sorry I have now done this
  • I'm up for that! It's so hard when you are tired to make the right choices at times. After a few too many take aways since baby was born I decided enough was enough. I need to get fit and healthy for her sake and mine :-) Feel free to add me as a friend!
  • Hey hun I am 12 weeks post pregnancy myself and trying to lose lots of weight. I didn't gain much during pregnancy but I had loads to lose before. They key is to make sure you eat your calories. Breastfeeding is about 500 calories, and you need 1200 just to survive. You should be aiming to eat at MINIMAL 1700 to 1800…
  • I replace the sit ups with planks and i do a nice simple one on my bed. Lie back, place your arms to your sides, and lift your legs (keeping both legs together) in a pointing straight up position. Then slowly bring them down. When your legs are about 2-3 inches from the bed, hold them there for 1-2 minutes. Then lower the…
  • I got given a bog standard one from Argos for xmas. Has a chest strap (more accurate) and allows you to put your age and weight in so counts calories properly. Also has average, low and high heart rates recorded. Can allow you to set an alarm if you go above your goal heart rate, or below your lowest goal heart rate. It's…
  • Hey, I'm the same. Top heavy and can't do the push ups at all, though I do try. I just get sore knees, even with a yoga mat (wooden floor). I also can't do sit ups as I have a back problem from falling off whilst horse riding years ago, so I do planks and just bought an ab roller, hoping it works! I did manage to get…
  • I agree, I shall go with what my hrm says then :-)
  • Just seems a huge difference. I am doing the biggest loser and your shape fitness evolved. Fitness evolved said I'd only burnt 30 calories in 30 mins, even though sweat was poring. I am also doing 30 day shred, and using my hrm for that too, so wanna keep it all consistant
  • Thanks! I was doing a lot of cardio, treadmill, elliptical, rowing and some weights too. I think I'll skip the weights though! I might go back to the elliptical as it's my favourite, and not so much impact on joints, do my yoga and do my swimming every weekend. I can't get to the gym during the week as it's just too busy,…
