  • 5000 btu air conditioner, working on the gold brick.
  • Per the NutriBullet website: How does the NutriBullet compare to the Magic Bullet? A: The NutriBullet has a 600 watt motor (Magic Bullet has 250). The NutriBullet large vessel has a 24-ounce capacity (Magic Bullet is 18 ounce) and the NutriBullet comes with the all-new Extractor Blade that emulsifies even the toughest of…
  • Yes! exactly right...overcoming cravings needs resolve and time...your brain will adjust!
  • Agreed.....I was on vacation in NC and lo and behold, Jimmy Johns had lettuce wrapped subs...loved it! A lot healthier than eating it on a sub roll.
  • As others have said, he did not die of heart disease. You might "venture" of "KNOW" from perhaps your own personal opinion, but there is a lot of good to be said about a diet not focused on simple carbs (rice, potato, pasta, bread, etc.) and rather on good quality protein and veggies. But I will submit that you don't need to (frankly) go into drastic keto either. See my prior post. Lost 46 pounds without keto. I'll post some additional thoughts on this, but suffice…

Load up on veggies (and some fruit) to add to good quality protein. Almond milk instead of cow's milk. Love various nuts as a treat. Wine too. Allow your body and mind time to get…
  • I gave up pasta, potatoes, rice. I find starchy foods and sugar to be "addicting" so just easier to give it up. Lost 46 pounds since end of October<<<former WW Online, great program, but need a change to include fitness and clearer nutritional goals versus "points">>>
