I think we all have days like that. I had one yesterday. My trick is to remind myself that I didn't feel that way the day before and I could not have changed that much in one day. :smile:

I am hungry most of the time. Even when I'm at my goal weight I still feel hungry every hour or two. Drink lots of water. I also like a nice cup of green tea. To the OP, I hardly ever buy regular ground beef, even though I would save money doing so. I buy the extra-lean. If I were to buy the regular, I would count it as such.
