I've done both and I decided to cancel my WW membership in early 2016 and stay with MFP. WW taught me how to make better food choices and gave me enough structure that I really could not fail as long as I followed the system. I made WW lifetime in 2006 and I've maintained that (give or take 10 lbs here and there) ever…

The same thing is going on with my app. I was invited to one, tapped it and nothing happened. I've been searching for an answer and I haven't found one yet.

One day is not worth stressing over, it happens. It's only your 3rd day, I think you're doing great! Go for a walk, have a healthy dinner and if you're over, accept it, see it as a learning experience and have a better day tomorrow. I prelog most days in the morning while I'm eating breakfast. It makes me feel in control…

Fantastic progress! So happy for you!

I've been drinking 2 or 3 cups of green tea for years and I have never noticed it having any impact on my energy or metabolism. I drink it mainly because I like it and I can drink it without milk and sweetener. My favourite brand is Twinings, but Lipton is pretty good too. The korean sejak green tea from David's Tea is…

I wear both my fitbit and my Polar HRM during my workouts. Then, for example, when I tell MFP that I completed a cardio activity and spent 44 min, starting at 8:42 pm and burnt X amount of calories, fitbit lets that override whatever it recorded during that time frame. That was what I understood after reading the MFP. See…

OMG, I so did not know there was a term for this! I have always had a B belly. I've always thought it was from wearing jeans that cut into my waist too much when I was overweight in my teens (I'm 32 now). It's the top part that I hate the most and though it's gotten smaller it has not gone away. Like previous posters said…
