Thank you for all the kind words and support! You are all right, I guess it will just take time for my brain to catch up to seeing the new me looking back.

It varies but I always train 3 hrs per week with my PT (strength/circuits/boxing/pad work etc) and then he makes me do 45mins-1hr cardio. I am now trying to add in an extra day of yoga/pilates (~30mins-1hr) and one day of strength/cardio circuit.

Hi, congrats on your first milestone! I'm in London, I've lost a total of 49lbs so far and still have about 50-55 or so to go! Everyone says exercise is important and that is beyond the truth but you can eat yourself out of any exercise! Abs are made in the kitchen after all lol. I just log everything now including spices…

@whitewolf1200 @janinealderton123 Thank you. I don't wish this feeling on anyone but I am glad to know I'm not the only one out there who does feel this way. Re the smaller clothes, thats exactly what I do, I know I am smaller, but the mirror is telling me something else altogether. I really hope it does go soon.

You look amazing. Congratulations!!

I'm not saying there isn't a difference, I'm saying I'm struggling with seeing those differences in the mirror and if anyone was facing the same issues and if so how they overcame them. But thank you nonetheless.

Thank you for all the support and kind words, it means a lot to me :) Lmao. You literally made my day!!

Hiya Ok there is nothing to feel shameful for! We all have bad days, we're only human after all. It's ok, a cheat day every once in a while isn't a bad thing as long as it is once in a while and doesn't become a habit. You logged it, which is a good thing, now you can look back at that, forcing you to remember how it made…

Thank you. That is definitely the hardest thing to do. Congrats to your brother though, thats an amazing achievement!! Thank you. I just saw your pic, you look great! Keep going, you've done it once, you can do it again. Pics are not exactly my thing lol but I am definitely going to have to try and do that. Haha…

Best advice I can give you is start now. Not tomorrow, not after this last cheat meal - NOW. It'll be hard, but nothing worth having comes easy right? Take baby steps, maybe go for a walk, cut out unnecessary junk food or food just generally not good for you. Try switching from sodas to juice and then only water, it'll not…

Congratulations! Keep up the amazing work :)

Hiya I'm fairly new too to this too. Looking for friends to keep me motivated and who I can help motivate too. Feel free to add me :)

First off...HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Now on to tips and motivation... Take it as it comes. I won't lie and say this is going to be easy, because frankly it's not. This is probably going to be one of the toughest things you're ever going to do. There will be times when you want to give up, when you can't feel/see any difference BUT…
