Canned sweetcorn, absolutely love it but if I eat it I spend most of the following day on the loo! Fresh sweetcorn I'm fine with tho. Couscous also affects me the same way. And bulgar wheat gives me really bad flatulence!!

Thanks for that link, very interesting! I'm 5'7 with a large frame and my goal weight is 143-163 apparently. I've always weighed heavy for my dress size, when I was about 188 lbs a few years back I wore a (uk) size 12-14, but my friend who is about the same height wore a (uk) size 14 at about 160 lbs. My personal goal is…

I'm 34J.... Enjoy finding that for a reasonable price!!

CW: 241 SW (challenge): 245 (loss so far 4 lbs) Up 1.75lbs this week Bit of a bummer but I went camping this weekend and will admit to stuffing my face and drinking a sh*teload of booze!! Mind you I also went on a couple of mammoth (1k burns each) cycle rides but it obv just wasn't enough to combat the gluttony!

These are my results as of Mon 10th! CW: 239.25 SW (challenge): 245 (loss so far 5.75 lbs) SW (overall): 291 (loss so far 51.75 lbs) Down 3.5lbs this week

36, but 37 in under a month, yikes! I'm in the UK, lost the weight just before I hit 30, then gained it all back again, but this time I hope to get down to target and keep it off for a couple of years before hitting 40!!

Thanks so much!! Lol, they also call them "daps" over here, am I right in thinking they're called "chucks" in the US? Thanx Evoken! I hope it turns out as crazy awesome as it is in my head, I can't wait to start making it! I like the idea of a hot fairy, my friend went as a scary fairy last year, lol.

I don't really have a specific name/theme for my outfit, I just did lots of looking around at stuff I liked and when I found the shoes I came up with the outfit, it's I guess a mix of steampunk, masquerade, superhero, something like that!! (Hope that works, first time posting a piccie!) So, turquoise flatform plimsolls…

Works for me since today is my mfp weigh-in day anyways!! Height: 5'7" Age: 36 SW: 291 CW: 245 GW: 185ish I'd love to be getting close to 200lbs by the end of the challenge, don't know how feasible that is though as I'm a fairly slow loser!

Hi guys! I'm Loops, I'm 36, 5'7" and I live in Gloucestershire in the UK. I adore Halloween even though it isn't that big over here. Last year we went to a party in town with friends and I was a vampire... a fat vampire, this year we're probably going to the same party but I want to look very different from last year…

Defo like the idea of this challenge!! I love halloween (even though it's not big over here in the UK), and I've already sketched out the outfit I want to make with obviously the hope that I'll be a lot smaller by then  Not sure I'll manage 40lbs by then, I'm quite a slow loser, but I defo hope so, so I shall pop…

I'm a 38J and I've only found 1 sports bra in my size so far and even then it does b*gger all. :grumble: I've found though that if I wear a [soft cup] bra PLUS the sports bra PLUS a sturdy shelf top that they'll stay pretty sturdy even doing jumping jacks or jogging and don't hurt afterwards  Not the perfect…

I was born n raised in [East] Dereham so not far away at all (in fact I think my mum was born in Downham Market), but alas I'm over on the other side of the country now in Gloucestershire I'm afraid!!

It wasn't as thick as I imagined it should be in reality, even though I didn't put the full amount of lemon juice in (as I ran out), it certainly wasn't anything like fluffy. I think perhaps it could also be an issue of different products/translation since I'm in the UK and perhaps our jelly powder is different, also we…

Has anyone else tried making them yet? I just had a go, and when they came out of the oven they'd formed a giant flat pancake instead of individual cookies (and I really struggled to get 5 small ones out of the mix incidentally let alone 6 large). I tried it anyway but it tasted really artificial and sour, I assume from…

All the details are on their website - http://www.costanutrition.co.uk/ Though I know at least the teacake is in the DB already as I've put it in my diary before, yum ;-) (EDIT: just checked, there are 2 entries listed as costa toasted teacake)

I couldn't afford the polar hrm's (the decent ones anyways) so I got the Beurer PM 25 on the recommendation of my gym friend :-)

Height: 5'7" Age/Gender: 36 / Female Highest Weight: 294 lbs (2010-2011, and also 2004) Lowest Weight: 192 lbs (2006-2007) Current Weight: 263 lbs Goal Weight: 190ish lbs As you can see I lost the weight and then gained it again, so this time I want to get back there and actually maintain for a while, after which I'll…

Wow, that is almost exactly where I am now (except we don't have kids and I've never been to a GP about my depression/anxiety/agoraphobia so have never taken meds for it), and it scares the crap out of me that one day my OH is going to do just that. I don't think it's ok for him to have left because of an illness, but it's…

I think I'm on my 3rd or 4th implanon implant now so I've been on it for a loooong while. I have gained weight whilst having it but I also lost 7+ stone (~100lbs) whilst I had it so I don't at all attribute the implant to my weight in either direction to be honest. I also have friends that have since joined me in having…

I'm interested to know also :-) Possibly better under the fitness and exercise board, not sure.

I have PCOS also, and I saw a dietician a few years ago that put me on a 1000 calorie daily diet (since with PCOS our bodies need less calories), and I know there are a lot of PCOS peeps on here that are on 1200 calorie diets. Of course I knew there was no chance I would stick to that as it was so strict so I used the BMR…

I'm 36, and 5' 7" SW: 291 lbs CW: 273 lbs GW: Not sure as yet, 180 would be nice! Any twins or close relatives out there??

I tried Orlistat for a few months, it worked for me because it made me stick to the amount of fat they recommend you have per day/meal whilst on them (and therefore my calories also) because I didn't want to get the poops, and I didn't ever because of that. My quack advised it for me because I have PCOS and find it really…

I love to have eggs every morning for breakfast (poached or scrambled), but my doctor told me to cut back on them (because of the fat in the yolks) so I now make scrambled egg whites every morning instead, I add some herbs and whatnot as well and they're still yummy. Now and again I make veg packed omelettes with them…

So long I can't remember now, gotta be maybe 7 or 8 years old, I've always used it for everything online!

I'm in Gloucestershire, lots to lose so I'll be here a while ;-) Happy to be friended!
