I'm not sure of how many people will be in each House, but that's why I thought to rotate who was on the "team" each month. Other members can do the challenge, but only the House members selected for the "team" will count for the points earned. Like I said, just an idea. :)

Another idea for a Quidditch Match - each month each House picks 7 members to represent them, and those members are in the Quidditch Match for the month. So after a week of not being able to work out, being stressed beyond belief and Francesca coming (AKA TOM) my weigh in is at 252. That's a 6.8 lb GAIN. Let's just say, I'm not a happy camper. :/ Oh well. School is DONE (for now) and I can get back on track 100%!!!

I also have the Polar FT4 and LOVE it. I refuse to exercise without. The chest strap is small enough so it doesn't get in the way and the watch is pretty comfortable. I actually wear the watch part everyday just to remind myself daily of the journey that I'm on and it's motivation to get in an exercise every day.

My favorite is Cottage Cheese with Chive. The chive gives it that extra flavor. Have a 1/4 cup of that with some carrots and you have a delicious light and healthy snack! :)

I measure that same areas that Corgi does, minus the calves. My scale has been moving very slowly has of late but inches are coming off! I've never been one for creamers, but I have Crohn's Disease and I can't have diary and always used to put milk in my coffee. I cannot drink it black... I tried and it's gross. Now I use Almond Milk.
