I HAVE to eat something first or I will get sick. I grab an apple or some other kind of fruit (cup of grapes or strawberries) eat that, then workout, get ready, catch the train to work at 7:30am and eat my "real" breakfast on the train.

I'm getting myself into the schedule of waking up at 5am, working out for an hour, then getting ready for work. The times that I go to bed every night vary. Lately it's been about 11/11:30pm.

I think it would be cool if we had the options of either doing more or less. I know it means a little more on your end but you can have 2 exercises that we have to do each day, and then maybe an optional 3rd (and 4th) if we want to push ourselves.
