When you work out, your muscles hold more water...(this is not from a medical person, just married to one) Also, when you work out you drink more water.......weigh yourself in the morning when you are at your lowest. Don't go crazy...get to one consistent time of day to weigh in....keep up the good work!

I am 51 and would never consider myself a "senior"!!!!! (most people think I am 10 years younger) I have done fantastic on this program lost 13 pounds(15 is my goal) since the end of January. Don't think of yourself as a senior....think of yourself as someone that wants to get in shape:smile: :smile:
