I had to do the same thing a few weeks ago during Mother's Day. Even though I AM a mother, I had no choice in it, everyone else wanted to go (go figure). So I ended up eating scrambled eggs, and mostly fresh fruit. I think I had a slice of bacon too.

Oh man, I love kale chips. My sister made them for me once, I swear if I didn't see what I was eating I would have thought they were potato chips.

I know you've probably heard this before and I am beating the 30DS thing like a dead horse. But 30DS has really toned up my core. It's incredible.

I have a hard time not snacking after dinner. I usually have a sweet tooth between dinner and bedtime. That's when I break out my herbal tea and drink it with honey or stevia.

Sounds like you need a new battery. Mine did that, got a new battery and it was as good as new. :)

Exercise! I find that 1200 is nearly impossible for me on a daily basis without working out.

I was in your shoes the last week or two. I ate 1200cals religiously, however I ate back my exercise calories. I got about halfway to my goal weight and stopped losing. I was stumped for 3-4 weeks at the same weight and the scale wasn't budging. I decided it was time to change things up, so I changed up my exercise routine…

I'm at 1lb . I was set at 2lbs since I joined in January, I lost about 15lbs and then for 3-4 weeks I was stuck at the same weight. Last week I changed it to lose 1lb/week and miraculously I lost 3lbs that week. I think your body gets used to eating those calories so it was time for a change, and the change did me good. :)

Have you seen those shoes that look like toe socks? I've seen people wearing them at the gym and around town, apparently they are pretty good for your feet.

Yeah I love this! It worked for me, I lost 3lbs this week after being stuck at 170 for the past 3-4 weeks.

It happens to me all the time. I just take it as it is, somedays I squeeze in an extra workout but most times I just start fresh the next day. It's a learning process for everyone.

I am on week 1 as well, and doing day 2 tomorrow. Good luck! I am so excited, I used to love running then fell off the wagon. Now I'm getting back in to it to change up my routine a little. I will send you a friend request to keep eachother motivated. :)
