whatever you do, do NOT skip any days... it is very easy to fall off track with insanity if you don't stick to the schedule.

also, try jeans or pants with lots of elasticity. not necessarily an elastic waist band or anything like that but jeans made out of stretchy material help.

you are definitely not alone. I haven't shopped for jeans in about two years because it just makes me so mad. I have the exact same problem as you, my jeans always fit in the legs and bottom but are too tight in the waist. Just hang in there, keep losing, keep your head up.
