Hey, I know that feel! :D At least once a week we'll be together Maritz, so we can try to be two healthnuts instead of one! Maybe if one of us helps cooking, we can control what's on our plate and get a lot of veggies/lean protein?

Can you use protein powder without a blender? And I'm afraid pop tarts/fiber one aren't available in the Netherlands, but I think I will find something similar! Maybe something like all-bran bars? Thanks a lot! Also: Wow, you have lost a LOT of weight! Good on you!

Well, if you're gonna correct others, please don't ever say alot! It's two words: a lot! :) On topic: I don't think I would survive without cheating. (unhealthy) Food is incorporated in a big part of our life and it isn't always avoidable, and I don't think you should always want to avoid it!
