I said I wouldn't give up any foods, but I have. I have given up all of my trigger foods because they lead me straight into hell itself. Pizza Oreos Nachos Chicken Fried Steak. Just to name a few. If I eat them, my entire day goes south....and then my week...and then my month. So I avoid at all costs.

Short answer: of course you can. Start, I think, with figuring out what you like to eat. What DO you like? What kind of flavors do you like? I find that appreciating the food I eat really helps me make daily eating decisions that are good for me.

I like to graze, too. Maybe you can save calories throughout the day so you can graze a little at night? Do you feel you're actually binging? If you are, then fill in that gap with something else. Instead of wandering around the kitchen, wander around the neighborhood. Clean your backyard. Manage a garden.
