I agree, it's more about what your eating than how much. Also your body is used to that calorie rate, you probably put it in a starvation mode so that now that you are eating more calories it is storing it when it wasn't before. I would stick to the 1400 calories for a little longer to let your body get used to it, but if…

I bought the New Balance N4 Pearl, It's for woman and I love it!! I just got it at target the other day and I enjoy using it, it seem to be very accurate and it has the chest straps that fits, I was worried they wouldn't but it does :) and it is not bulky and ugly :)

Alright ladies!!! I am weighing in for the day! My starting weight for this challenge was 328. This morning the scale said 324!! That is a lost of 4 lbs for the week!! :) only 24 lbs to go before I am at my Jan 1st Goal and only 16 lbs left til I am at my Dec 25th goal :)

I think until you have talked with your doctor about exercise the best thing to do would be go light on the weights (may 5 lbs if that) and just do more reps, also do walking/slo or brisk, and swimming is good too, biking should also be fine :) Congrats and don't worry just the fact that you still…

wow that is great! I love Dr. Pepper too! There is a new Dr. Pepper 10 Calorie Drink I saw an ad for in the newspaper today but i haven't tried it yet, maybe it's an option if your having a craving everyone once in an while, but stick to the water, it is way better for you! :) Keep up the great work!

thanks for the tip... i have been eating about 6 or 7 and then have been working out bout 9 or 10 for an hour and go straight to bed as not to eat anymore, but i think i will try the yogurt after working out for the protein and bc it's not heavy... thanks :D

surprisingly a small/regular tot from sonic only has 200 calories... a small frie from mcdonald's has almost 300... so if i crave fries, i get tots from sonice and it satisfies me pluss those claories are easier to burn off :)

a small caramal frappe from mcd's is like 500-600 calories... so i have now become addicted to the lite caramel frappe from starbucks, the small has 90 calories, medium has like 130 and a large has only around 200 :D

I have also put the laughing cow cheese on a bagel and it's great too! I also used it tonight instead of mayo on a turkey burger peta and it was fantastic! I love that stuff!!!

Try the Special K Cracker Chips, the sour cream and onion one's are awesome and you get like 27 for a little over 100 calories!! :)
