I too am trying to follow a low GI diet but haven't figured out how to find the GI information on some foods. From what I have seen though all berries are great low GI choices, apples and bananas are medium GI fruits and my favorite watermelon is high GI :( I have seen a few indexes online when I did google searches.

That depends on your size and over time you still won't burn as much because your body gets used to it. When I first started doing zumba I burned about 1000 each time/every hour, now I am anywhere between 600-750 depending on the instructor and how rigorous/intense I put in the work.

Donkey kicks and and everything jimlambrt2 said... also i think jillian michaels has a dvd or at least some exercises that work on that you can look at. I know when i was doing some of her stuff for my wedding my butt did get a little more pronounced and firmer, and i didn't have a butt.

I have an app on my phone called the diet couch and it had a quote one day that said temptations only last for 15 minutes... so i have been setting a timer for 15 minutes and then doing other stuff and generally when the 15 minutes goes up i have forgotten what i wanted or just don't want it anymore.

I lost pretty quickly at first last year when I tried (about 35 lbs in 3 months, then it slowed down but i still lost 55 lbs 350 down to 293 before my wedding, but after the wedding life got the best of us and I gained almost half of that back). Definately a stroller! Pushing them in the swing is a good upper body workout, also try one of the bike trolly things that attach onto the back of the bike, to me it seems safer b/c it is seperate than the bike unlike the seat on the back, and it is closer to the ground so if somethign happened it wouldn't be a big fall.…
