I think if you try hard and work hard you could lose all your weight before August, that way you just maintain the last two months and make sure your dress fits. I am curious as to what everyone thought about the 100 miles? Was it too hard, just right, or to easy for you? I loved that it got me motivated to go to the gym everyday, even when the weather was yucky. I knew I had to pull my weight as a team member and especially as a captain! There is no such thing as bad foods, there are foods that are healthy and foods that are not that healthy. You have to just decide to make the choice to eat the healthier foods, but allow your self a treat every now and then. 6:30 pm here in Alabama and I have had 91.6 oz of water and walked 3.3 miles. I burned 1400 calories :D Amanda I am proud of that 2 miles b/c I know it is not easy! Alright everyone get to work!! I need those updates and I need you to work hard for our team this week!! :D

In order to lose weight the right way you have to workout, however i know it can be hard to get to the gym. I recomend investing in some weights and workout dvd's. she's right those are great ways to see. However, I would still encourage you to exercise b/c the point of exercise is getting your heart rate up and keeping it healthy. She is totally right!! You may want to start packing a bag of snacks. Some good choices are craisins, salted peanut snack packs, granola bars, marshmallows, special K cracker chips, etc. If you plan ahead you will be more prepared and will be able to beat the cravings! :D Good Luck and feel free to add me! :)

I have had this problem too... I tried upping my fiber by eating fiberone bars but it only made it worse and so did bananas. Finally I couldn't take it anymore last nigth and I went and got prunes and laxatives. The laxatives help quicker and the prunes are more for maintanence, if you eat one or two a day it should help…
