There's no point eating so little if it's going to make you miserable. Why not just eat good healthy meals that you enjoy? These types of crash diets don't work in the long term and once you stop them you might balloon and gain lots of weight.

If you're doing cardio 5 days a week and lifting, you're gonna need to eat a lot of calories. Have you checked your TDEE and BMR?

Omg did you go from 195 to 175 in just one month? If so I need to do Insanity every day. It's just so hard though :-( Congrats on your weightloss, the difference is huge!

Drink lots of water and avoid salt. The water weight should come off. It usually comes because your body stores water to fuel your muscles after you've worked out. It's normal and it doesn't mean you've gained 'weight'
