I do, not because I'm a freak about how many calories, but because I like to be able to look back and see what I ate. I just generally record everything, even if it's zero calories, just to see what I had that day.

I get it, so at the end of the day I want my number to be 1200 after subtracting exercise calories from calories consumed. So if tomorrow I work out and burn 550 calories, that means I would have to eat 1,750 calories for the day? That seems like a lot, or is it normal?
