  • I really like myfitnesspal.com for keeping track what i put in my body. i do not like that if i excersise it wants me to eat more so i just ignore what it says when it adds more because all you are doing is adding the calories that you just burned back into your body.
  • Most people dont like veggies. I am an exception because i love them but instead try having a piece of fruit with your meals. i banana or apple or watermelon with every meal. that way you are still getting the health benefits.
