Great work! You should start seeing results soon actually! If you are following the correct amount of calories daily, then you should start seeing results. Don't forget that weight loss is mostly your diet amd caloric intake.

When you aren't feeling motivated to workout, just remember the feeling that you have when you do. Just don't think about your workout and focus on the feeling afterwards. i just workout and then have calories added to my allowance. another trick i use is, i don't stay up anymore. i go straight to bed when i start feeling hungry.
