BRATS - Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast, Soup And try to stay close to calorie goals but if not don't stress about it.

Well as a kid I was pretty skinny (not scrawny though). In high-school I was never "thin" but I was curvy & lean and in-shape... then college happened. I'm still curvy of course but I am trying to get back to lean.

I'm 5'8" and I think my ideal weight is somewhere around 165 (but I won't know til I get there)... I definitely want to keep my curves! :wink:

Yes they are, which is why I go off my HRM. I don't even go off the machine's output because for me MFP is usually 100 cals over the machine, and the machine is usually 50 cals over what my HRM says! I hate socks with a passion. I can stretch my left pinkie toe away from all the others but not the right one. ETA: I still wear socks, I just hate them. And I also hate shoes. If I could walk around barefoot all the time I probably would.

For me it's incorporating other types of motivation and results. Instead of working out every day only because I want the scale to go down, I find a reason like "exercise will make me feel awesome TODAY for the rest of the day." Appreciating the benefits you get every day is a great way to avoid frustration.

I don't have this problem at all but I would suggest foods that are high-calorie but small like nuts, peanut-butter, other forms of protein-packed food.
