MANDESA!!

it should work tho - because I can see your food diary - so you have made it public to all not just friends. When you go to each other's page there are some buttons next to your picture - click view diary :)
-
there is a difference in making your profile public and your diary public. Be sure to go to the FOOD page - then click settings. Scroll down and make your diary public. Hope that helps :)

evidently missed the sign up on this one...would like to join!

I recently purchased an Elliptical, and you will have to go to Craigslist, E-bay or Amazon to find one in that price range :( But there are plenty of good ones out there - bought by people who never use them. I bought a Horizon (which is made by the same company that makes the Live Strong) and have enjoyed it.

I started in January of this year and have lost 60 lbs. Still have 43 to go :) Congratulations on your success!
-
this sounds great!
-
definitely gonna try this!
-
this sounds delicious!
-
I have made this before but used crunchy peanut butter not grape nuts....sounds good :)
-
your diaries are private...You must have "public for friends" marked. :(

I have been overweight for almost 25 years - and I agree with you. There seems to be a lot more animosity from fat to thin folks - than the other way around. Are there mean spirited "skinny people"? YES! But our goal should not be to join there ranks.

I went into the settings tab on the food page and changed my "breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner" to: 5:00-8:00 am 8:00 - 11:00 am 11:00 am - 1:00 pm 1:00 - 4:00 pm 4:00 - 7:00 pm 7:00 pm - ??? and I rarely eat after 7:00 pm Changing the settings helps me remember to eat every couple hours and keep track of my snacking better :)…

I asked this early on and was told by EVERYONE to list it as circuit training. Enjoy :)
-
First time I actually understand this! Thanks!
-
yes, you need a rest day to allow your body to recover. Here is a website that helps with a training schedule for running: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml Good Luck!
-
thanks for the tip!

so sorry :( does the gym you attend offer child care? Take your little one and let them play while you work out. It will give them a new environment, let them see you in action, and give you and your husband plenty of quality time when he gets home :)
-
does circuit training show more calories burned that strength training aerobics? Good grief! I have been listing it wrong!!
-
great job!

I had become so crazy with it (5-6 times a day) a different weight every time. And I know weight fluctuates all day long, but I would still get FRUSTRATED over the variances. I think it is part of the reason I plateaued for a while. I finally decided about 6 weeks ago to go to a once a month weigh in. It has helped…
