  • 22 from the frozen north (Sweden) here! Some of my food diary entries might look wierd lol.
  • I'm pretty sure you are not supposed to count your "inhouse burning" since it is allready accounted for when your calorie-goal is set.
  • Hello! I am 22 and my goal was to drop 47 kg (I think it is 103 lbs, 47 x 2.2). Making decent progress, but we'll see my progress in a year. If I look great on 90 kg's, there is no reason to keep cutting, then I shall switch to maintaining weight instead!
  • I've been on 1600-1700 / day since May 28th. My BMR was in the 2400-2600 range when I first started. It is allright, I have been working out aswell (not noticing any significant drop in load during weightlifting). Sure it can be though at times but really load up on veggies to get the sensation that you are full when you…
  • Ok so that makes it about 0.4 x 279 = 111,6 and 0.6*279 = 167,4. It's still alot but probobly more realistic than 250 g.
  • Wow. 250 grams of protein sounds so much. I cant have 100 kg of lean bodymass, then I wouldnt be this fat.
  • Ok, so I need way more protein then. I weightlift about 3 times per week, will start doing more cardio after my exams. Will around 100 g of protein per day be enough? I have no idea what my bodyfat % is but there is no way I have 127 kg of lean body mass (then I wouldnt need weight loss in the first place).
