  • Must admit that it took me quite a few attempts before I found the right combination of ingredients and quantities - my first try with Scots porridge oats and milk was horrible.
  • Make up with a bit of lemon juice and lemon zest, then add loads of freshly chopped herbs. Perfect with fish.
