My calories are 1350/day. When I am hungry I try to spend time sitting with the feeling, because often it is thirst and not hunger. I drink a glass of water and reassess the situation.

I aim for 10K but have a desk job. I work in a hospital as an educator so some days I get up to the floor a lot. But I can definitely tell when I am "desking" too much and get only 5K or less on a bad day.
