Congrats on being under 200! I feel that every ten pounds is like a decade, and it feels wonderful to leave it behind. I am currently so close be leaving the 70's behind. Good Luck on leaving the 90's. :)

I am 5'3 with my starting weight being 206, and my current weight being 197.8. My goal is 140. Once I reach this goal I then will re-evaluate, and decide if I want to lose anymore weight.

I use International Delight coffee creamer with my coffee. I don't add any sweeteners since the creamer is already sweet enough for me. I have creamer with my first cup, and then any coffee after that is black.
