I'll be 25 in May. I've lost about 10 lbs and have another 20 to go. Lets goooooo <3 PS: I've sent requests to all of you.... #sorrynotsorry

I definitely try not to, but some days when I splurge, I feel better because I do have those exercise calories

Being biologically female makes this even more difficult. Female bodies are constantly fluctuating because of hormones and periods, so scales that only do lbs aren't as helpful as we'd like them to be. Try looking at it in another way, like inches you're losing off body parts, more energy during the day, or target clothing…

Don't give up! I feel like I've been plateauing for the past year. Try to change something small up, like no pasta for a week or no bread. It's hard, trust me!, but it'll help. When I cut bread out of my diet (my Portuguese bread has sure been missed), I lost 6 lbs in 6 weeks.

I'll add you on here! I need to be held accountable to meal prepping!

My partner is vegan and he's been vegan for almost 10 years. I've been pescatarian for over a year now, but at home, I feel like I mainly eat vegan, so I'll try and throw some things we make onto this thread! Check out the products made by Gardein. They are completely vegan and AMAZING. https://gardein.com/ Gardein makes…

Your post is seriously my life. My partner is vegan and I've never identified as vegetarian or anything of the sort, but I've never really liked meat. I was doing fairly well for a few weeks eating meats and I saw the improvement in my weight, but it's hard to force myself to make it and eat it. :/ I just started eating…

I have a fancy scale that when I weigh in, it tells me how much fat % and muscle % I have, etc. But the best part of it says my resting metabolism number. That has seriously helped me tons when it came to how many calories to eat. I'm 23, 5'2", and I went from fluxuating between 110-120 up to 150. I'm down at 137ish now. I…

I had the same problem. I plateaued and it was terrible. I'm working on it, but my wellness coach told me I wasn't eating enough protein. Add lots more protein to your diet as well as doing everything you're doing. My wellness coach said I was working on without eating enough protein to keep the results from it. Just…

I think the hardest part of this journey to a healthier weight is having to rely on Dining Hall food. :/

I have been OBSESSED with their Thin Mint shake recipe. Enjoy it! ♥ 1 scoop Chocolate PDM 2 scoops Mint Chocolate F1 1 TBSP chocolate pudding mix 1 pump chocolate syrup

I wondered the same thing, haha. Basically just the package of pudding mix itself unprepared :)

This is what I thought at first, but COMPLETELY WRONG. They're bland if you only use the one flavor. My friend opened up a shop where they make the shakes and there are hundreds of different flavors. Honestly, right now, I'm OBSESSED with the Thin Mint shake. So so so so so good! I was trying to do the plain and simple and…

I recently got a membership to a rock gym, and that's been toning my legs and arms like crazy! I did it more because of my asthma restricts me from running much but I still wanted some cardio, and my fear of heights needs to be conquered. Plus, it's something fun to do with friends, so I have no excuse to not go. That's…
