Find it confusing too, cause the calories MFP gives me are always less the Fitbit. Also Fitbit seems to overestimate exercise calories.
-
Absolutely, I don't have the excuses to stop that I can find when no one is watching.
-
Just finished Damages, 5 seasons, the first one is the best, all great though. If you like comedy, the Mindy Project.

Another good trick is when your bananas are about to go bad, I peel, halve and put in the freezer in bags. That way you always have them. The frozen fruit makes your smoothie like a slushie. I also freeze my baby spinach if I don't use it up fast enough.
-
Mine is 1/2 cup OJ 1/2 banana 1/2 cup strawberries 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup spinach 2 scoops of webbers all natural greens powder Fill up bullet container with water Squirting of lime for zip Can substitute fruit for others as desired. Colouration is not appetizing but taste is delicious, filling and under 350 Cals.…

Hi guys, 58 yr from Ottawa. I started the shred 2 weeks ago. I'm on level 2 and it is brutal. Leaving on holiday in 2 days and hope not to gain too much, so it will help me a lot to check in every 2 or 3 days and jump back into it when I get back May 11. Tummy needs major toning!! Great timing for this group.
