Late Joiner! SW May 4th 198 lbs May 14 191.5 CW 189.8 May 30 GW 178 Total loss 8.2 lbs I'm a good starter but burn out fast so hoping can stay motivated. Goal this week - exercise every day, Sunday's off. Challenging week with lots of family functions but happy I only gained a little bit. Today is a new day.

@inthedistrict my Fitbit is not syncing either.... Not through my phone nor the dongle. I have the charge HR. Ok this weekend has been brutal 2 up for LNS. Wedding and outing with my kids Will be back in the saddle this week. Me 22/26 LNS 4/26 I really believe not snacking at night is helping me lose lbs!!

SW 198 May 1 CW 189,5 GW - 170 2 lb loss this week. Challenge will be not resting on my laurels and sticking to it. Exercise every day, Got my Zumba in x2, killer workout and 1 Jillian Michaels shred, other than that just walking. Happy with my progress this week as haven't been below 190 for a few months!!
