  • Thanks all. I think I'll knock 30% off of the MFP total. That seems more accurate. I did wear a friends HR monitor at a Zumba class one night and I burned 607 calories in 65 minutes of workout. I am heavier (for now) so I know I burn more (for now). I'd rather underestimate how much I'm burning via exercise than over…
