Checking in. I have walked 10 miles today. I did Leslie Sansones power walk video this a.m. and about 30mins ago.

Don't do it!!! I took it and gained so much weight after I got off. It's a good diet pill but not worth what comes after. Whatever you weigh now add about 20-30lbs to it. Take it from me do it with eating right and exercise. It's slow coming off but it a life time change.

My doctor suggested to me to drink 2Liters of water and that helps me to stay regular. Sometimes I have to take a softner and that's all.

I can honestly tell you I have the same problem sometimes. I take Colace 100mg 1or 2. The generic name is Docusate Sodium it's a softner.

Sometimes I have a couple of high cal day like 1500. Sometimes I stagger my cals. It's just to trick my body. Because it gets use to the same amount of cals. So trick it so I can still lose my weight. Someone on my friend list showed me that.

Hi usually I don't worry about my net cals. My goal cals is 1200 and when I exercise I receive some more. Usually I eat a few of those cals. Ex: Goal cals 1200 Food cals 1295 exercise cals 891 net cals 404 remaining 796 my exercise cals and net cals add up to the food cals. I ate 95 of my exercise cals and that plus the…

Honey you are doing fine. We didn't get this way overnight and we surely won't lose it overnight. We will get there. My kids are 18,16 and 12 and I have baby fat and food fat but I am going put my faith in God and let Him carry me when I'm weak. The things I'm doing only he has helped me to do them. How do you do your calories burned? It's not on the list so how do you know how much you've burned? I bought it today and plan on starting tomorrow.
