Trader Joes has bags of nuts and berries called "just a handful". My favorite is the one with almonds, cashews, and dried cranberries. They have a great selection though and each bag comes with 10 little individual ones that really help with portion control. Perfect amount to keep a person going.

I usually drink young coconut water when I get leg or foot cramps. Fresh is best but you have to have the patience to cut one open. It's easy to find packaged these days though. It has loads of potassium, and a good amount of magnesium and iron. :smile:
