OMG - Pop Tarts are NOT healthy foods - and kudos to the teacher for trying to educate their students, and parents. Granola bars are just as bad... what's wrong with carrots, apples, grapes, and celery sticks? Seriously people!

Stop with the fad diets - eat properly - vegetables, fruits, whole grains and YES your body "needs" carbs. Realistic loss is 1 lb per week. Speak to a nutritionist.. there are no magic pills, or potions... stop killing yourself.

Ah yes... "Felfies" (Fat Selfies) I've done a few...working hard on the "after photos" However, I'm not sure if it's best to focus on the before shots...or the goal shots... they say to concentrate on what you want to happen, not what was before.

Sadly, all juices have points. "Juicing" takes away the fibre, calories burned and other components that make raw fruits and veggies 0 points. You will have to use the WW calculator to find the points for juicing.

Because I'm "older" :wink:(not as old as her...) and about her height, Sally Field - she is short, in great shape for her age - :happy: she is not buff by any means, but nice and compact and for me, getting that body is doable :-)
