  • Log in EVERYTHING and be honest! My biggest motivator not to cheat was when the first couple of pounds came off. I thought, "I might really be on to something here!" Then it was 5lbs, then 7, then 10--and now 22! Seriously, it was those first couple that made me realize how all those "cheats" add up.
