These diets have always existed and i don't know of 1 person who has lost weight and kept it off by using them. They are a money spinner and nothing more! take control of your eating and stop relying on magic drinks to solve your issues.

Did someone really suggest Omelette with cheese as an alternative to bread?! just lost faith in humanity. If you like bread then eat your damn bread! just don't have 2 slices with every meal. Fit it in your calories/macros and get on with your life.
