Hi, I just turned 37. I have a 15 year old, 12 year old and a 7 year old. I have baby weight from all 3 that I am trying to loose! I am wanting to loose about 40 pounds. I have lost 5.5 so far! Onto a good start. We can motivate each other!

First, that is a lot of weight to loose per week. And only being at it a week, you need to give yourself more time. Second, you do need to eat more calories. I once ate less than a thousand calories and this program yelled at me telling me that it would slow down my metabolism if I kept at it. I don't eat less than 1200…
