My fiancee and I take turns cooking. I have 4-7 eggs, depends on how I am feeling. Sometimes the whole egg sometimes egg whites. She has 2 egg whites and turkey bacon. Skim milk for her, while I drink a protein shake.

I bring a can of green beans with me to work and warm the entire can up. Then mix the green beans with the 2 cans of tuna I brought.
